Registration
We can accept new applicants by email or by mailing the application to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Outlined below is a step-by-step description of how one may apply.
- Review the class schedule for the class that best suits your schedule.
- Print off and fill out the enrollment agreement which may be found here.
- Mail the enrollment agreement and a check or money order in the amount of $100 to Bluegrass Nurse Aide Training Center.
- When we receive your application and deposit we will mail to you an acceptance letter and further information about what you will need to bring with you to class.
- The remaining tuition balance of $465 is to be paid in full 14 days prior to the start of class. Failure to pay the remaining tuition timely could result in you losing your seat in the class. All classes have limited enrollment and fill quickly.
- The application fee and tuition balance are non-refundable.
We also accept Kentucky Works Program, WIA and Vocational Rehabilitation Vouchers in payment for the Nurse Aide Course. If you are a participant in any of these programs, contact your caseworker to determine eligibility. You will also need to call us to determine the availability of course dates and to receive an acceptance letter which is to be provided to your caseworker. Vouchers must be presented 14 days prior to the start of class.
